We know all about urgency!

There's nothing worse than finding yourself without heating in the middle of winter...

That's why we make it a point of honour to serve you as quickly as possible:
Your messages are generally dealt with within 24 hours, and the same goes for orders. 
Every morning our workshop team makes sure that all the previous day's orders are dispatched and forwarded to the carrier of your choice.

We've even created an Express - Priority Processing option, allowing you to have your order dispatched the same day.

A little extra service

As you've probably realised, running an e-commerce site doesn't mean we're available 24 hours a day. The only difference with a standard merchant is that our shop window is virtual, and the big advantage is that the physical distance between you and our company doesn't matter.

That's why you can send us your e-mails at any time, and we'll deal with them from 9am, Monday to Friday, depending on the order in which they are received or how urgent they are.
