We collect the data you provide when you place an order or contact us. Mandatory fields are indicated as such.

The personal data collected on our site is used to process orders and manage the commercial relationship (deliveries, invoices, after-sales service).

The recipients of your personal data collected on our site are, first and foremost, ourselves, in order to process your orders and manage customer relations.

To enable us to carry out the contract between us, we transmit data to our payment or payment security service providers, our delivery service providers and our commercial partners. Your rights

Usage rules - User accounts

The e-mail and the password allowing the customer to identify himself and to connect to his personal space on the website www.capska.com are personal and confidential. They can be modified only on request of the customer or on Capska's initiative.

The customer is entirely responsible for the use he makes of his personal identification elements. The customer commits himself keeping them secret and not revealing them in any form whatsoever.

Any transaction carried out using the customer's identifier and password is deemed to have been carried out by the customer. Any other use is subjected to the preliminary and express authorization of Capska. Any attempt to use the same personal identification elements of the customer simultaneously by several computers can give place to the termination of the present contract by Capska.

In case of loss or theft of one of the personal elements of identification concerning him, the customer will have to choose a new password of connection and to inform Capska as soon as possible by e-mail on the contact page of the website www.capska.com.
