I haven’t received an order number
A confirmation of your order will have been sent to you by email. It may occasionally arrive in your junk mail or spam folder, so please check.
You can also find your order in your “My account” space on the website.
An item is missing from my order
We do apologise. This may be due to an oversight on our part or a transport issue.
We would ask you to have your order number and the name of the missing product or item ready and to contact us using the contact page. We will supply the missing product as fast as possible.
I haven’t heard anything about my order and the delivery date has already passed.
We are sorry for this extra wait, our suppliers or transport companies are occasionally unable to deliver within the time-frames we’ve given you. If you’d like us to contact them about it, please provide your names(s) and order number on the contact form.
NB: If your package has already left our workshop you can also track it on your “My account” space.
I haven’t received my order yet but the payment has already been debited on my card
You’ve ordered a product with a delivery time of a few days. Your payment is cashed when your order is processed in our system, within a period of 3 days after the order has gone through. If you wish to be reimbursed and cancel your order you can do so via your “My account” space. We can assure you that we don’t keep your bank details in our system, and it is therefore not possible to debit the amount later than when the order goes through.
So we would ask you to wait a few more days until your product is delivered. If the delivery time-frame has been exceeded, please follow the procedure above.
