I haven’t received my invoice by email: where can I find it?
The invoice is sent to your mailbox automatically when your order is validated, using the email address you had given us.
If you haven’t received it:

- check your spam folder because emails with attachments and hyperlinks are often treated as junk mail.
- it’s nowhere to be found and there’s no sight of it anywhere! You can find it in the My Account space by clicking here.
At the same time you can check that no typos appeared in your email address when you placed your order.
