1. Do you wish to cancel or have you ordered the wrong item?

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order in order to return an item, with the exception of products ordered to measure, which are excluded from reimbursement (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Before returning an item, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at the following address: info@capska.fr. It will be necessary to attach a photo of the product in order to confirm its condition before dispatch.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and you are free to choose the carrier of your choice. We will only accept returned items if they are intact, unused, unheated and in perfect condition.

Upon receipt of the items in our warehouse and after inspection, the refund will be made as soon as possible.

If damage is found or if the product does not correspond to the conditions mentioned, a discount proportional to the damage will be applied to the refund. A damaged item cannot be put back on sale without intervention, repair or reconditioning.

2. Is your order incomplete, damaged or non-compliant ?

It is ESSENTIAL to check the condition of the parcel on delivery, in the presence of the delivery person or at the delivery point. If a problem is found, immediately write on the delivery note: ‘order incomplete’ or ‘package damaged’. Do not sign without prior inspection.

If the carrier or delivery point refuses to carry out this inspection, clearly indicate this on the delivery note.

⚠️ Important : The words ‘subject to unpacking’ have no legal value.

If you accept the parcel but a product is missing, broken or does not correspond to your order, you also have 5 working days to contact us:

⚠️ A damaged product accepted without an explicit reservation on the delivery note cannot be returned, exchanged or reimbursed.

If the item ordered is not the one received, we will cover the cost of returning it. We will provide you with a pre-paid returns label to affix to the parcel.

3. You haven't received a reply to your e-mail request ?

We undertake to reply to all your requests within 48 working hours.

If you do not receive a reply within this time, please check your junk mail or spam folder. Our reply can sometimes get lost in there.
