Glass gasket for fireplaces, inserts, stoves, boilers and ovens.
The gasket seals the heating appliance during operation. Heat is retained inside and directed to the heating circuit. What's more, the gasket reduces soiling of the glass while maintaining the optimum performance of the heater.
It prevents the risk of carbon monoxide asphyxiation and prevents smoke from escaping.
It is advisable to change the glass gasket when you replace your glass, and also to check its condition after each heating season.
Tips for fitting the self-adhesive flat gasket :
Remove the gasket and clean the area. Remove the adhesive part of the gasket and place it on the metal frame of the window. If necessary, you can cut the gasket into four pieces. Be careful not to add any more glue!
