Specialists in cutting glass-ceramic
At Capska, we chose to work with the best in the glass industry, and also the closest: based in Germany, the manufacturer SCHOTT is recognized worldwide for the quality of its glass products.
To live up to this standard, we continuously improve our services – technically, commercially, and also humanly – to provide you with quality glass adapted to your appliance.
Our tips for replacing your stove glass yourself
To replace a wood or pellet stove glass, first take precise measurements with a rigid tape measure, subtracting 5 mm if the glass is broken. It is also important to note the brand and model of the appliance, visible in the manual or on a plate at the back of the stove. Finally, it is recommended to replace the glass gasket: flat if the glass rests on a flat surface, or round if there is a groove behind.
